Weekend Update {Beth's Married}

Thursday during set up for Thanksgiving dinner at the school some of my SAA girls surprised me with flowers for my birthday!  =)
That night we had Hadley's program but I left my camera in Rogers so I wasn't able to download the pictures. =(

That evening we drove to Rogers to meet the rest of the fam before carpooling to Texas Friday morning for Beth's (my cousin) wedding.

Hadley loves getting to hold Paige. =)

All ready to go!

The sweet welcome table.

Paige chomped on her fingers and Hadley colored and shuffled around on the seats the whole wedding.

They left the church with sparklers!

When you came into the reception you found the apple with your name on it and it had your table # on the back.  *CUTE!*

A picture with the stunning bride.
(my camera flash was being crazy)
Regretfully we didn't get any pictures with the groom, but they are ADORABLE together.  So happy for them!

Hadley was itching to get out on the dance floor with Beth and Laura.

Even Mimi got out there.

Before we left we watched some of her friends break out in a surprise flash mob.  It was great.

Pretty soon after that we headed back to the hotel as Hadley was in full meltdown.  Sadly we missed getting our picture with the cardboard cutouts of Victor and Beth.  Maybe they'll make it to our next family get together.  =)
Beautiful wedding, couldn't have gone better!!!
CONGRATS BETH & VICTOR!!

The next morning we got up and had a fantastic breakfast at the Hotel, then headed to Arlington for sweet Georgia's first birthday!

Hadley kept Paige entertained while we packed up the room.

*Party Time*
The theme of the party was berries since Georgia's last name is Berry, too cute.  Laura had everything decorated perfectly, a little girls party at i'st purest. =)

Mostly playtime for these girls.

*Cake*

The cupcakes were delicious, Hadley will attest.

*Presents*
Paige enjoyed watching Georgia open all her presents.

Little Miss Texas, showin' off her new cowgirl boots.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY GEORGIA!!
I've got plenty more to update on, but it'll be in another post.

Thanks for checkin' in!!

Update...

I figured it's been a while since I posted on all this business and wanted to catch you up.  I went back to the beginning for any of the people checkin' in for the first time.

The Last 27 Months:
August 2010: Started Trying (known thyroid issues)
July-August 2011: Started calling to get an appointment to see OBGYN about any issues.
September 2011: OBGYN said to try for 3 more months and come back.
October 2011: Andrew's SA (no issues)
December 2011: Saw specialist, Dr. Clark Bundren (Diagnosed PCOS)
January 13, 2012: Laproscopic Surgery for Endometriosis (Stage 3 Endo), HSG Test (no fallopian blockage)
February-June 2012: Lupron Depot Shots (6 shots/ 1 every 4 wks.)
*Lupron is treatment used for endometriosis.  Due to me having a worse case than others he chose to do more treatment after the Laproscopic surgery.  It essentially shuts down you reproductive system, so there is no new growth of endometriosis and giving the endo that was removed in surgery time to heal.
July 2012: Started Birth Control and Metformin 500mg (1 day)
*Birth Control was used to "reboot" my system after being asleep for the last 6 months.
*Metformin is a medication typically used to treat type 2 diabetes but is also known to help regulate the ovaries of women suffering from PCOS.
August 2012: Birth Control and Metformin 500mg (alternating 1/day then 2/day)
September 2012: Metformin 500mg (1/day then 2/day) & Endometrial Biopsy (Biopsy & Cycle don't match-up)
October 2012: Increased Metformin 500mg (2/everyday)
November 2012: Metformin 500mg (2/everyday), Clomid 50mg & Endometrial Biospy
December 2012: .....

Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Just A Week In the Life....

Since Tuesday was election day I dressed Hadley for the occasion.
Thankfully I had already voted last week so after dropping Hadley off for school I just ran some much needed errands.

We have family pictures coming up and Hadley's hair has been looking a little stringy on the ends so,  after school I took Hads to get her hair cut.
She was so serious.

A little shorter than I intended, but she rocks it.  =)

We had our November SAA meeting that night. (I can't believe it's already November!) After the meeting a few of us grabbed a bite at Panera, then headed to see a late showing of Pitch Perfect.  Such a great movie, loved it!!

These are so much fun to watch.

Hadley enjoyed some nice outside play time when we got home.

After dinner we played a round of HedBanz and Hadley insisted on wearing this dress.
She's getting so good at the questions she asks to figure out the character on her band.
Example:
Am I a girl?  Yes,  Do I have a hat?  Yes,  Do I wear pants?  Yes,  Am I Jessie?  YES!!

My little cutie after her bath, all ready for bed.

The next morning I took Hads to school and got a few "must dos" done.

After buying a house, voting and tagging my car in Oklahoma I decided to go all in.

I had a nice, quiet, relaxing lunch with me, myself and I.

Hadley helped me with a little more shopping after I picked her up.

*FAMILY FUN NIGHT*
Dinner & A Movie

We tried out Chuy's for the first time, YUM!
Hadley practiced her name.  My 3 year old impresses me everyday.

Then to the movies.  Hadley picked Wreck It Ralph.

Hadley and I spent most of the next morning cleaning and picking up around the house.  Since I got some Christmas shopping done this week I decided to wrap some of the presents.  I'm loving my wrapping theme this year.

Hadley kept yelling my name to come see her.  I walked into this.  She is such a mess.

Outside time to enjoy more of this nice weather.

Mimi came in that night just in time for dinner.  After we ate Andrew and I went on a date to the movies.  I've been ranting to him about Pitch Perfect since I saw it with the girls earlier in the week so we went to see it.  Loved it again!  =)

Mimi brought a BUNCH of stuff to make wreaths so we started on those first thing this morning.

We put in White Christmas to watch while we made the wreaths and Hadley got so excited and found a spot on the couch.  Not going to lie, I'm super pumped about this, because Andrew's not as big of a fan.

My "mermaid" playing with her toys.

Finished product!

More outside time.  We love fall!

Saying bye-bye to Mimi.
Hadley was so funny.  I said, "Aww... let me get a picture."  Hadley held this pose until she heard the camera click.

Tonight we're having a night in while daddy hangs out with some of the guys.  He, no doubt, deserves one of these nights after his core rotations.

Thanks for checkin' in!!
