Randomness

The past few days Hadley has been working hard on conquering the technique of the hula hoop.  We still have some work to do.  =)

Hadley was busy for a good part of the morning "making muffins."

I didn't think I had shared this picture with y'all yet but Hadley's class picture from this year turned out GREAT!
For lunch today I made myself a fruity salad, it hit the spot.

A quick trip to Lowe's and Hadley found this swinging bed.  I think we would both love to have this in our backyard!

When Andrew got home we blew up Hadley's pool and sipped on Cherry-Coke Zeros while relaxing in the shade.  The best $9 I ever spent!

Tomorrow we have sweet Emerson's 3rd Birthday Party.  Hadley is pretty excited.  =)
I'll update on that later!!

Our Thursday in a Nutshell

This morning Hadley and I went to get my 5th shot, whoop.  My last shot is 27 days and 12 hours away... you know, that is if I were counting.  ;)

This afternoon I had a meeting at school.
While I was in my meeting Hadley and Andrew had a lunch date.  =)

And Hadley showed him a thing or two on how to play pool.

On our way home we stopped by Big Splash to get our pictures taken for our Summer passes.  It opens Saturday, can't wait!!

When we got home we spent some time playing in the front yard and enjoying the weather.  My sweet girl wanted to help with watering our ferns.

Trying to walk in mommy's shoes.

I may submit this to Gap and see if I can get a modeling contract and some free clothes for Little Miss, haha.

Hadley and I made a run to Wal-Mart where I fell in love with these little beauties.
Man I want a bike.

I've started changing out my spring stuff for summer and I'm thinking of going patriotic all summer.

When Andrew got home we went for a family jog (Week 5, Day 3).  Today our run consisted of 20 minutes of straight running.  Where as our last workout was 8 minutes running intervals, a big jump. Lucky for me Andrew had the jogging stroller and I just had Jake.  I only have 12 more workouts before completing Couch to 5k, then I start my half-marathon training, AGH!

When we got home we watered the front yard and let Hadley play in the water.
This girl LOVES water!!

The Past Few Days

Monday night we brought some friends from church dinner to help out with the arrival of their sweet baby girl, Layla.  After dropping off their dinner we grabbed a quick bite at "Chick-a-flick."

They had the cutest idea for family activities for the summer on their kids meal bag.  (Write activities on  clothes pins and clip them to a bucket and you can choose them throughout the summer.)
I also got to try their new chocolate chip cookies.  They're delicious and they serve them warm, added bonus.

Tuesday evening we brought dinner to some other friends who just had a baby boy, Huck, whom I got to snuggle for a little bit too.  Aren't those cheeks the cutest?!

Today while perusing Gordman's Hadley relaxed in one of the kid recliners, ha.

We had our snack outside this afternoon.

And did pedicures.

When Andrew got home we went for a family jog. (Week 5, Day 2) It kicked my booty beacuse: 1- I haven't ran since last week =/  and 2- The 25 MPH winds were killer.  =(

When we got back Hadley delivered some Thank You cards to our sweet neighbors who brought her a present for her birthday.  Sadly neither were home so we found a good spot in the door to leave them.

After playing mail man we brought a picnic to Woodward Park.  It was still pretty windy and Andrew had to chase down a couple things that broke free in a big gust, but it was a perfect date.

Andrew also shared some bread with one of the fury friends we met.

After Hadley had finished she played in the dirt and chased the squirrels.  At one point her and one of the squirrels were actually playing, it was pretty entertaining.  As it would happen as soon as I broke out the video Hadley is over it and runs off.  =(

Tomorrow I have an appointment for Shot #5.  The count down to #6 (the last one) has officially begun. T minus 28 days!!
The beginning of these shots was a hard pill for me to swallow, but now that I'm starting month 5 I can look back and know it has been so good for us.  We have had 4 months of no disappointments (because we know we can't get pregnant right now) and it has been such a bonding time for our family without all of the stress of "are we?".  I know God has a plan for us and our family and I can look at these past few months and be grateful for this time we had worry free.

Weekend Update {+ Hadley's Program}

THURSDAY
This was Hadley's last day of MDO.
They ended their year with the best program:
Oceans of Fun

Each of the classes helped with the artwork around the auditorium.
Hadley's class made fish.

Hadley's class coming in...

Jai's class coming in...

Aren't they all just the cutest?!

Hadley's quite the stage performer...

The cool parachute thing.  I remember loving to play with this in grade school too!

Miss Aubrey turned 1 Thursday too!  Its crazy to think this little girl is already a year old!!!

The Robins fam after the show.

Getting some fresh air while the rest of the classes finished.

Hadley and Emerson are besties!

Hadley with her fish. (No I can never get her to look at the camera.)

The girls loved Miss Ceci.

Andrew was able to take a break from school so he came too.

A group picture with the Rowans.  =)

Sadly our best family picture of the day, we aren't looking at the camera, ha.

In celebration of the last day of school we got sno-cones and a treat from Merritt's Bakery.

Yummy cake pops!

Hadley got some crazy sno-cone concoctions.

For dinner we made breakfast!  I love brinner!!

FRIDAY
We had a super lazy day.  It was amazing!!  It was also my mom's ?? birthday!  She was having a girls night and dad was helping with graduation so we planned something for Saturday.

SATURDAY
We headed to Rogers late morning to celebrate my mom's birthday.  Andrew needed a good study day so the Hads and I went up by ourselves.  (Only 12 more days till boards!!)

We got to Jolene and Ryan's just in time for lunch.

The girls also made some jewelry...

and made a trip to the park.

Jolene made spaghetti and some delicious cinnamon chocolate cake for the celebration dinner.  Sadly my phone was charging and I didn't have another camera, meaning no pictures of the birthday girl.  =(

We headed back to T*Town after all the festivities and after a long crying screaming fit Hadley fell asleep.

SUNDAY
We had church this morning and went out with the group for lunch at Jason's Deli, yum.
Hadley was sporting a pretty cute number this morning so I thought I'd share a picture I took.  =)

The afternoon consisted of clean-up and laundry, blah.  Then we spent the evening back with church friends for a picnic at one of their neighborhood parks.

**RANDOM**
For those of you who saw the awesome armoire my dad made for Hadley to display all of her dress-up clothes, it has now found a spot in her room.  And has been welcomed by all of her dress-up gear.  =)

I think that just about sums it up.
