Bump Date: 35/36 Weeks

This is late, oops.
How far along:
36 weeks
(9 MONTHS!)

Size of baby:
Head of Romaine Lettuce

Maternity Clothes:
I can wear workout pants and some dresses & tunic tops, but the rest are maternity.
And even with maternity things are getting limited.

Gender:
It's a BOY!!!
Baby Boy's Name:
Oliver Gammill
Oliver- after my Great Grandmother Olive / Gammill (like camel with a 'G')- Andrew's mom's maiden name, as well as Andrew's middle name

I found this picture recently of me and my Great Grandmother, Oliver's namesake.

Movement:
Yes!
I don't know if it's because he's running out of room but his movements seem to be a lot more aggressive.  I know it could be worse so I'm definitely not complaining, but an extra 3 inches in my torso would be great right now.

Sleep:
In order for me to achieve the most comfortable position I have a specific purpose for every pillow in my bed. They need to be there... or else.  ;)
While I feel like I have the pillow thing perfected I still wake up several times a night. Sometimes I actually need to go to the bathroom, which makes it feel worth it, and sometimes there is really no reason.

What I miss:
Sometimes I just want to lay on my tummy. Not really gunna happen.

Cravings/Aversions:
Cravings: Raisin Bran Crunch

Other Symptoms:
1- Still pretty tired.  Hoping I can use what energy I have to get everything done before he gets here.  There's really not a whole lot left to do, thankfully!!
2- Hello heartburn. According to the old wives tale lots of heartburn means lots of hair.  That's what I'm hoping.  Also, it's a good thing I don't mind the taste of Tums.
I can honestly say it looks like he's working on some.
3- Braxton Hicks.  I've been having a lot more of these lately. Apparently I'm also having some real ones mingled in there somewhere as you'll read.
4- Crazy dreams.  Yes, they continue.
5- NESTING!!  Lately I've been throwing out a bunch of stuff. I probably need to do a lot more cleaning out, but time is of the essence.  I just have a few things left to get and his room will be finished, YAY!
6- Cold Season.  Not really a symptom but, I have a cold/cough that has been getting worse for the last week.  I REALLY want/need to get over it before Oliver gets here so I actually managed to leave my appointment today with a script for an antibiotic. Hopefully this does the trick.

Big moment this week:
35 Weeks
Little man had to have a non-stress test done (NST).  He passed with flying colors.

When we go to the specialist we get to see him in 3D.  Love those kissable lips!
He also measured at 5 lbs. 8 oz. at this appointment.

36 Weeks
*Bambi, Little Prince Shower*

I didn't do a very good job at taking pictures so I don't have one of me with all the hostesses, but I did manage one with one of the hostesses.
Thank you Ashley, Tamra, Mia and Treece!!

Italian Cream Cake, YUM!!
Some of the goodies we brought home.

My aunt brought this quilt my Grandma Williams hand made several years ago.

My mom also pulled out these outfits she made for my brother when he was little.

I've had my first "check" and progress is already being made.  This is huge for me.  I seriously had a little celebration in the exam room when she told me.
I never progressed AT ALL with Hadley, until I was started on the induction drugs at 40 weeks 5 days.
Oliver also measured a whopping 6 lbs. 5 oz. in this appointment. AHH!!!

I have to see the specialist and my regular OB every week now so we'll be busy with lots of appointments until he gets here.  I go in for another NST on Thursday.

Thanks for checkin' in!!
