The Past Few Days

I thought I would catch you guy up on the last few days as I know with Hadley's birthday party this weekend my next post will be a doozy.

MONDAY
Hadley turned 3 on Monday.  With her party still days away we tried to do it up as big as possible.
The day started with swim lesson where Hadley swam UNASSISTED for like a foot.  May sound small but it was HUGE!!

Then it was off to Kupcakz for some cupcakes with friends.

The Robins kiddos brought Hadley a present!

Then it was off to Chick-a-flick!

Followed by ice cream at Cherry Berry!

"I'm 3!"

A somewhat group picture.

...a little better.

Tinkerbell also enjoyed the ice cream trip.

After Cherry Berry it was Wal-Mart where we picked up a $5 frame for a little project.

Frame + (valsapr) arctic sea + chalkboard paint + magnetic paint

A bit of extra fabric for some rosettes and...
TA*DA

When we got home we also opened this sweet handwritten birthday card to Hadley from our preacher.  One more reason why we LOVE Park Plaza.

TUESDAY
We brought treats to MDO to celebrate her birthday.

When I came to pick her up she walked out with one of her besties, Miss Emerson!

Every year the students have a softball game after finals are over.  Hadley and I came out and cheered for Andrew and the rest of the 2nd years.

Tiffany went all out with her hair-do for the game.

Miss Hadley Joy and her momma.

Eli sporting the orange for OSU.

Aaron and Andrew before the game.

All the boys after the game with their kiddos.

WEDNESDAY
To celebrate the end of finals (and end of being in the classroom) we went to the Robins for a cookout.
The boys were pretty entertained with washers.

and grilling of course.

The kids were mostly entertained with bubbles...

...jumping

...and wagon rides.

Some of the girlies.

We ended the evening around the fire pit.  It was a great night.  Hooray for 3rd year!!

THURSDAY
Today Andrew let me sleep in and took Hadley to MDO. (Isn't he great?!)  He met Hadley's friend Emerson in the parking lot and took her in with Hadley.  Erin (Emmy's mom) sent me this picture.
Too sweet!
The rest of the day I've been trying to get things ready for this weekend.

The next few days are going to be exciting with lots of family in town and I can't wait.

Be prepared as the next post (Hadley's Party) will probably be out of control.  =)

Thanks for checkin' in!!
