A "Relaxing" Jog

Addy Update:
Addy went home on Saturday and was pretty puny for that day as well as Sunday, but today, according to her momma, she is well on her way to a full recovery. Thanks to all of you who kept her in your prayers it was much appreciated!

Sunday Hadley woke up at 3 and felt warm but went right to sleep after getting in bed with us (sigh). When we got up to get ready for church she felt much warmer so we took her temp and it was 100.4. So the Hadster and I spent the afternoon at home watching Peter Pan and as you can see below, Tarzan. After one dose of Tylenol her fever went down and never went back up, yes (cha-ching motion with arm).
Oh Monday!
I have a love/hate relationship with my Monday's. I love them because I get so much accomplished (Wal-Mart, cleaning, laundry, plan dinners), but I hate them because it almost ruins my Sundays thinking about everything I have to do the next day. This Monday I decided I would start with a nice relaxing jog. Bah...yeah right relaxing is what I thought, but what I got was another story.

Hadley getting her layers on before the jog. Yes, my daughter has a velour sweat suit (it was a hand-me-down and she rocks it).
All geared up. This wasn't too long of a jog, due to the cold. Oh and about that relaxing thing... Yes, it might have happened if I didn't think I was going to lose my fingers to frost bite (I probably should've worn gloves) or if Jake would've at some point realized that running circles around my legs with his leash doesn't infact make me go any faster.
Finally, that great idea I had was over. Hadley had her pjs on under her sweat suit so we stripped back down and played on the couch. And by played I mean Hadley threw all the pillows on the floor and starting jumping.
Oh wait..forgot one.
She kept laying down and putting the pillow over her saying, "Night, night." Then she would squeeze her eyes shut and pretend to be asleep, all with a giant smile on her face. As if she was saying, "This is so funny, mommy really thinks I'm asleep right now."
"Surprise, I'm really awake!!!"
Hadley decided she needed to run a few laps to get out her excess energy before she sat in the cart at Wal-Mart for an hour. I think she was successful, because she was awesome on our WM trip.
Of course after WM was cleaning and laundry and the rest of the week is no joke. Tomorrow, we have a lunch date and I have also taken over the role of planning out the play groups for the SAA at school for this semester. We are having our first play group at our house on Thursday. Then Friday the Hadster and I are making a trip to Searcy for Addison's birthday. At some point before we leave I also have to get my oil changed, blah. Anyway, I also wanted to say, Shakin' Bakin Tuesday will be postponed to Wednesday due to us making our snacks for the play group on Thursday.

Thanks for checkin' in!!
