Shakin' Bakin' Tuesday -n- More.....

Today was a very busy day. It was full of cleaning from what I didn't do yesterday because Andrew was off for Martin Luther King Jr. Day, a project I've been meaning to do for a while, making dinner, and our baking activity. Needless to say, our baking activity was really simple today.

Today's Baking Activity:
I got Nestle Valentine break and bake cookies and put them in a heart shaped cookie sheet or Hadley put them in the heart shaped cookie sheet.
She was upset because I wouldn't let her eat any more of the chocolate chips off the cookies.

I didn't take a picture of the final product because they proved to be harder to get out of the heart shapes than I thought and didn't look so pretty. (They still tasted pretty yummy!)

Tonight's Dinner:
Christmas Stew

Today's Project:
This little jewel was left in our garage by the previous owners.
I had already taken out the drawers to prepare for sanding and the cabinet door on the left was M.I.A., so I took out the hinges, filled in the holes, and sanded my little heart out.
Pretty awesome, huh?!
Free piece of furniture + Valspar: Whitewashed Oak = Happiness
Just need to get some baskets for the left side and I'm
D-U-N!!!!!
Thanks for checkin' in!!
