Weekend Update {Easter Madness}

THURSDAY
Hadley's MDO class had their Easter Party.

One of the mom's brought Easter Egg donuts for all the kiddos.

 *Goodies*

FRIDAY
Airika hosted our Easter Party Playgroup in the morning.

*Yummy Treats*

 *Goody Bags & Bunny Ears*

Hadley was trying to scope it out while they placed the eggs.

*EGG HUNT*

*Group Picture*
Note the progression in these pictures, particularly Jai (orange shirt) and Zachary (Button-up, front row).

Hadley was trying to protect her eggs from Jai, he was all about the candy.

Thanks for an awesome playgroup Airika!!!

After playgroup we met Andrew at the house and headed to Rogers for the rest of the weekend.

SATURDAY
We started the morning with breakfast at Golden Corral with Mimi, Pap-pa, Pap-pap, Grandma, Uncle Keith, Aunt Janet and Jonathan.  Hadley enjoyed a chocolate covered cookie, courtesy of Mimi.

Peek-a-boo!

After breakfast we hung out and mom and I ran some errands, ate some lunch then headed to Jolene's to dye some eggs.

Audrey and Hadley being silly in the big t-shirts they got for egg dying.

*DYING EGGS*

Glitter eggs that is.

TA*DA!

We had a couple casualties.

That night we went to dinner with some friends for one of my bestie's birthday!

SUNDAY
The Easter Bunny came and left some stuff for Hadley.

We went to church with Jolene and Ryan and had a great service.  Afterwards there was an egg hunt in their front lawn.

Getting some help from Uncle Willie.

My sweet girl and her basket full of eggs.

Our little family!  =)

After the church hunt we went back to Mimi & Pap-pa's, changed and got ready for yet ANOTHER hunt!!

When we had gathered all the eggs we ate an amazing meal.

Mimi had got all the kids kites for their Easter baskets and once we finished eating we gave them a spin.  The wind was perfect at times, but it was definitely a workout to keep them up.  Andrew was running all over the backyard trying to keep Hadley's up.

Hadley has had several Easter celebrations over the last few days, equaling lots of candy.
 (I think we're done.)

There is one thing that we do need to remember about today being Easter and that is the sacrifice God made and the resurrection of Jesus.

John 3:16-17
"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life. "For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through Him.

Thanks for checkin' in!!
