Walkin' on a Wednesday

This afternoon Hadley and I picked Andrew up from school and went on our weekly lunch date to Subway! Before we left Hadley wanted to color her daddy a picture.
This was taken after nap during her afternoon snack. The cute outfit she had on for lunch unfortunately had chocolate milk spilled down it multiple times, so we went for a t-shirt. I just loved this smile.
Rockin' some pretty sweet shades!
When daddy got home we went for a family walk. It was such a beautiful day and perfect fall weather. (Perfect for a HAT and a cute one at that!)
I think Hadley was pulling Andrew more than Jake.
Hadley would periodically reach over her shoulder and hug her monkey or as she calls it, "bonkey."
If ever there was a pile of leaves Hadley just HAD to walk through them.
After our walk we hurried off to church. This quarter in our Wednesday night class we're having different couples talk about how they raised their children to be Godly Christian young men and women. It really has been wonderful hearing all of them, they are such an inspiration to Andrew and I as parents. It has also been wonderful picking Hadley up from Bible class when her teachers talk about how much they love her and how much she participates in class!

Hadley spilled some of her rubber bands out and was trying to put them in her hair, so I helped her. This was the do we came up with for her and daddy's Bible story time tonight.
We're off tomorrow fairly early to head to Arkansas where my college Alma Mater, Harding University, is having their Homecoming.

Thanks for checkin' in!!

  1. Cute pics!! Where is the picture taken on the cover of your blog? Beautiful tree, and little girl of course! We're sad that we aren't going to Homecoming this year. Have fun!

I love getting comments!
